Sergio Ramos and Marco Verratti among players returning to training for PSG

L’Équipe report today that the Paris Saint-Germain players not involved in World Cup action are set to return to training on Wednesday, with Sergio Ramos, Marco Verratti and Gianluigi Donnarumma among the players involved.

The sessions will be made up of young players as well as the members of the first team who are not involved in Qatar, which also include Fabián Ruiz, Hugo Ekitike, Juan Bernat, Renato Sanches, Nordi Mukiele and Sergio Rico.

The injured Presnel Kimpembe, meanwhile, remains in Qatar, having watched France’s win over Poland while he stays in Doha to treat his Achilles injury. The remaining members of the team in the Gulf state will slowly begin to filter back as the tournament goes on – Keylor Navas for instance, after Costa Rica were narrowly knocked out by Germany.
