North American title match set for next week’s WWE NXT

The North American title will be on the line next week on NXT.

On Tuesday’s show, Dominik Mysterio walked up to Wes Lee and said he would accept his open challenge. Wes Lee said there was no open challenge, but would set the match for tonight. Mysterio retreated, saying he’d let Lee have one week to prepare.

Tony D’Angelo’s homecoming is also set for next week. D’Angleo was officially freed from jail after Stacks defeated Joe Coffey on Tuesday’s show. The two have also earned an NXT Tag Team title match as a result of Stacks’ win.

Nathan Frazer & Dragon Lee will face Los Lotharios after the two teams had a confrontation on NXT. Gigi Dolin will also take on Kiana James following exchanges between the two in recent weeks. Bronco Nima & Lucien Price will also make their in-ring debut, taking on Scrypts and Axiom after the two teams confronted one another in a segment taped for social media.
