Murrieta Family Opens Graze Craze Charcuterie In Village Walk Plaza
MURRIETA, CA — A new type of eatery has opened in Murrieta’s Village Walk Plaza. Franchise owners Chris and Stephanie Stout launched Graze Craze in Village Walk Plaza this week.
The store is open for pick-up, catering, and free local delivery Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 24530 Village Walk Place, Suite C.
Menu selections are perfect for packing along for a wine country adventure, planning a party, or even a family brunch. If you have questions, the staff — which includes owners Chris and Stephanie Stout and their teenagers — is knowledgeable and helpful. The store sells charcuterie arrangements perfect for “grazing,” like fresh fruits and vegetables, premium meats and cheeses, artisanal sweets, nuts, house-made jams, and more, according to a recent news release.

The franchise was founded on the principles of a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, which is something owner Chris Stout, a veteran of the U.S. Navy, truly understands.
He explained that what he most anticipates with the new store isn’t just about the food. It’s about the community.

“We’re in Southern California wine country, an area devoted to great cuisine, so we’re thrilled to offer another delicious option that’s quick and convenient but still high quality,” he said. “We are happy to be one of the new stores putting Village Walk Plaza back on the map and that we have an opportunity to bring jobs to our small, mostly military, community.”
He enlisted in the Navy in 2001, served several deployments, and was discharged in 2012 before moving to other areas. His wife, Stephanie Stout, has a bachelor’s degree in business accounting from the University of Phoenix and worked for an insurance broker before the couple’s first child was born. The kids are now in high school. Graze Craze will be a family affair, according to the Stouts.
Most importantly for the community, the Stouts are actively involved in numerous local schools, businesses, and community organizations, according to Stephanie Stout.
