Delhi Test: Matt Renshaw Becomes David Warner's Concussion Substitute

Matt Renshaw is David Warner’s concussion substitute for the 2nd Test vs India that is currently underway in Delhi, as per Cricbuzz.  

Warner was hit on the arm and also copped one on the helmet by Mohammed Siraj on Day 1.

Usman Khawaja admitted after play on Day 1 that Warner was ‘weary’ and that the medical staff would decide if he would continue to take part in the Test. 

Before Day 2 began, it was confirmed that Warner’s role in this game was over as a result of suffering a concussion.

For Renshaw, it means a quick return after losing who his spot to Travis Head after failing in the 1st Test.
