Salisbury Man Indicted On Child Rape Charge: Superior Court Roundup
BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Brendan John Nelson, 23, of Shannon Road in Salem on a felony count of possession of fentanyl on April 18, 2022, in Salem and a felony count of sale of alprazolam, to a confidential source, on Dec. 22, 2021, in Salem.
Haleigh A. Newton, 30, of Lambert Court in Rochester on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Jan. 13 in Kingston.

Kyle Nickerson, 21, of Toll Road in Salisbury, Massachusetts, on a misdemeanor sexual assault charge and two felony felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of raping a child and grabbing her breasts on July 26, 2022, in Seabrook.
Anthony E. Pedra Jr., 40, of Merrimack Street in Manchester on a felony count of theft by unauthorized taking, after an incident at Home Depot in Londonderry on Dec. 7, 2021, and a felony count of possession of fentanyl in Londonderry on Nov. 12, 2022.

Jeffrey L. Pepper, 57, of Indigo Hill Road in Somersworth on two felony possession of fentanyl charges on Sept. 16, 2022, in Exeter.
Tanysha L. Perez, 23, of Pawtucket Boulevard in Lowell, MA, on accomplice to robbery-firearm-extended term, accomplice to theft by unauthorized taking, and accomplice to robbery charges, all felonies. She was accused of aiding another person in meeting someone in Plaistow to purchase a vehicle and having a firearm used in a robbery on Aug. 15, 2022.
Luis Eduardo Perez Salado, 41, of Jade Street in Methuen, MA, on a felony attempted theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Macy’s in Salem on Nov. 18, 2022.
Dennis J. Phillipo, 46, of Water Street in Lawrence, MA, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing items from Market Basket in Salem on Oct. 30, 2022. Twice before, according to the indictment, he was convicted on theft charges.
